Need to Return a product?

To return a product at Reliable Copier Service, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our customer Service department at Customer_service@RCScopy.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

All returns for Non Defect are Subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Shipping Charges are Not Refundable!

    Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise). The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items, Reliable Copier Service offers an exclusive 30 day return for refund policy.
    The following products are not accepted for return and must be repaired by manufacturers' authorized service centers: TVs and monitors, computer products, copiers, digital imagers, laser printers, scanners, fax and other devices with delicate optics. To locate a service center near you, please refer to your product manual. Unused software may be returned, if unopened, with some exceptions. Defective software, games, CDs and DVDs may be returned for the same title only. Some software programs, consumables and media are not returnable to Reliable Copier Service under any circumstance and must be returned to the manufacturer.  (units that have been installed, scratched, or abused will not be accepted for return or credit).

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Nature of the problem

In general, Reliable Copier Service accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, Reliable Copier Service reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

 

  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Reliable Copier Service on returned items

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Reliable Copier Service discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
